The "Say No To Searches" superhero is famous at Guavaween on 7th Avenue in world famous Ybor City in Tampa, at the Gasparilla Pirate Fest, at New Years Eve Parties and at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers games where parents teach their children to submit to assembly-line searches for the important purpose of view ing government-subsidized sports entertainment in a socialized stadium. SNTS guy is handing out stickers and educating the partygoers. Would this count for a lawyer's mandatory pro bono slavery hours? There are lots of laughable searches at the entrances (they missed the ankle holster). That's more proof that lawyers are as qualified as other law enforcement to carry (or moreso).  The seaches only served as victim-disarmament zones to disarm good people. Thus the government served to arm, aid and abet criminals.  One fan anonymously reports that while he was wearing an SNTS sticker a cop pointed at the sticker and asked "what does that mean?"  The fan said "You know what it means." Homeland Security thugs raid pre-Halloween party..... A reader of http://rexcurry.net sent in this report: Homeland Security thugs raided a pre-Halloween party at the home of a famous Libertarian.  Armed with hand-held magnetometers, they systematically searched everyone for "dangerous weapons" after demanding identification and affixing to  each person a label containing his/her name and social security number with a barcode.  Based on the tone of the magnetometer, some people were subjected to more extensive searches.  Pat-downs were used to look for "hard objects."   When one person objected, she was accused of being a "libertarian."  She underwent a strip search, allegedly for "the safety of the Homeland."   Another person demanded his constitutional rights, which caused the airport security clones to laugh out loud. They pulled out a rubber glove and demanded an orifice search for the "Fatherland."  Afterward, a thug boastfully displayed a gloved finger tipped with what resembled chocolate pudding.  Another party-goer was forced to lick the finger. A request for a lawyer, was met with the threat of a beating.  The thugs were accused of palming contraband and weapons, and planting it on an uncooperative man, to suddenly "find it" in his back pocket.  He was arrested and locked in a closet with a bucket and told that he would not be released as long as the bucket was empty, and maybe not then either.

One libertarian ghost tells everyone he is "Grasper the friendly grope."   Whenever there is a lull in the conversation, just let out a ghostly howl "oooooooooooooooo" or "oooooooooooooooo......baby!" or   "ooooooooooohhhhhh......yeah!"  On the back of the outfit print “My socialist slave number is 262-00-6302" (or any # - for examples and other ideas see http://rexcurry.net).  Some invisible hands like to mingle by approaching people and asking “Can your supply meet my demand?!"   Print up stickers (see the website) that read “My socialist slave number is 262-00-6302" and stick them on your fellow party-goers and all over yourself.  It’s a great time to hand out flyers giving the directions and location to your socialist slave card burn party (see http://rexcurry.net/SSNall.html).  Wear social security tattoos.  Put a social security universal bar code on your forehead.   It’s a blast!

A great way to meet people is to show up at parades and public events as the "Say No To Socialist Slavery" (SNTSS) guy or gal.   Just give all partygoers stickers that read “My Socialist Slave Number is 262-00-6302” like the one in the picture.  Stick on the stickers as they walk by, everyone loves them.  And hand out bumper stickers that say “My Socialist Slave number is my Social Security Number!”  Use the other ideas on the website at http://rexcurry.net/SSNall.html to say no to socialist slavery.  Make and wear a “SNTSS” sandwich sign. Or wear the T-shrit that reads "My Socialist Slave number is 262-00-6302" and watch for all the fascinating looks and comments you recieve. It’s a fun way to meet people and to spread the libertarian message.  Any home printer can print out lapel stickers and bumper stickers on pre-fab sticker forms from a nearby office supply store.

MASKS ILLEGAL IN FLORIDA?
The 2007 Florida Statutes   Title XLVI     CRIMES      Chapter 876
CRIMINAL ANARCHY, TREASON, AND OTHER CRIMES AGAINST PUBLIC ORDER
   
876.12  Wearing mask, hood, or other device on public way.--No person or persons over 16 years of age shall, while wearing any mask, hood, or device whereby any portion of the face is so hidden, concealed, or covered as to conceal the identity of the wearer, enter upon, or be or appear upon any lane, walk, alley, street, road, highway, or other public way in this state.

876.13  Wearing mask, hood, or other device on public property.--No person or persons shall in this state, while wearing any mask, hood, or device whereby any portion of the face is so hidden, concealed, or covered as to conceal the identity of the wearer, enter upon, or be, or appear upon or within the public property of any municipality or county of the state.

876.14  Wearing mask, hood, or other device on property of another.--No person or persons over 16 years of age shall, while wearing a mask, hood, or device whereby any portion of the face is so hidden, concealed, or covered as to conceal the identity of the wearer, demand entrance or admission or enter or come upon or into the premises, enclosure, or house of any other person in any municipality or county of this state.

876.15  Wearing mask, hood, or other device at demonstration or meeting.--No person or persons over 16 years of age, shall, while wearing a mask, hood, or device whereby any portion of the face is so hidden, concealed, or covered as to conceal the identity of the wearer, hold any manner of meeting, make any demonstration upon the private property of another unless such person or persons shall have first obtained from the owner or occupier of the property his or her written permission to so do.

876.155  Applicability; ss. 876.12-876.15.--The provisions of ss. 876.12-876.15 apply only if the person was wearing the mask, hood, or other device:

(1)  With the intent to deprive any person or class of persons of the equal protection of the laws or of equal privileges and immunities under the laws or for the purpose of preventing the constituted authorities of this state or any subdivision thereof from, or hindering them in, giving or securing to all persons within this state the equal protection of the laws;

(2)  With the intent, by force or threat of force, to injure, intimidate, or interfere with any person because of the person's exercise of any right secured by federal, state, or local law or to intimidate such person or any other person or any class of persons from exercising any right secured by federal, state, or local law;

(3)  With the intent to intimidate, threaten, abuse, or harass any other person; or

(4)  While she or he was engaged in conduct that could reasonably lead to the institution of a civil or criminal proceeding against her or him, with the intent of avoiding identification in such a proceeding.

876.16  Sections 876.11-876.15; exemptions.--The following persons are exempted from the provisions of ss. 876.11-876.15:

(1)  Any person or persons wearing traditional holiday costumes;

(2)  Any person or persons engaged in trades and employment where a mask is worn for the purpose of ensuring the physical safety of the wearer, or because of the nature of the occupation, trade, or profession;

(3)  Any person or persons using masks in theatrical productions, including use in Gasparilla celebrations and masquerade balls;

(4)  Persons wearing gas masks prescribed in emergency management drills and exercises.
