PPGLDF The Pro Price Gouging Legal Defense Fund "Because the Earth needs a good lawyer....."
Welcome to the Pro Price Gouging Legal Defense Fund. Explore our website and see what you
can do to provide a better life for everyone.
The Legal Defense Fund has been pushing the
U.S. legal system to repeal any anti-gouging laws and end the suffering of disaster victims. Founded by
attorneys active in shaping the emerging field of "price gouging law," PPGLDF has
blazed the trail for greater economic freedom, property rights, and more
humane treatment of consumers in every corner of American life. Today,
PPGLDF’s groundbreaking efforts are supported by dedicated
attorneys and other supporters. Every day, PPGLDF works to
protect health and liberty by:
> Providing free legal assistance to defense attorneys and defendants handling cases alleging "price gouging."
> Maintaining a database of laws and resources across the country.
> Working to strengthen individual liberty, property rights, economic freedom, and privacy rights.
> Fighting government's interference with private contracts.
> Fighting government's harassment of people who supply goods and services.
> Fighting government's harassment of people who buy goods and services.
> Nurturing the future of free enterprise through Student Price Gouging Legal Defense Fund chapters.
> Educating the public and other lawyers through seminars, workshops and other outreach efforts.
> Supporting lawsuits that explore important issues and expand the boundaries of capitalism.
> Preventing the government from causing more deaths, shortages, misery, poverty and suffering via anti-gouging laws.
