Lawyers Join Pilots, Seeking to Carry Guns and End Searches


Lawyers nationwide are joining the Air Line Pilots Association in pressing Congress to allow pilots to carry firearms in cockpits. Better still, lawyers are also pressing Congress and all state legislatures to allow lawyers to carry firearms in courthouses nationwide. In the proud tradition of pro bono publico, lawyers are joining with pilots in doing all they can to selflessly help protect others, especially during these times of need.

Even before the WTC terrorism, many courthouses were like airports, and everyone who entered, including well-respected counsel, was treated like a criminal, subjected to metal detectors, emptied pockets, x-ray machines and shake-downs. Since the WTC terrorism, security at many courthouses is harsher, putting lawyers in the same predicament as pilots, and increasing everyone's danger of vulnerability and the lack of self-defense.

Courthouses are every lawyer's place of business in the same way that planes are a pilot's place of business. Lawyers are "officers of the court." Many lawyers are licensed to carry concealed firearms, have training with firearms, and many have past military or law enforcement experience.

Judges are lawyers who were elected or appointed, and at many courthouses judges are allowed to carry firearms, and many do.

Popular objections to guns in planes do not apply to guns in courthouses. And unlike airplanes, courthouses always contain known criminals, even violent criminals, and that heightens the need for self-defense above that in airplanes.

Some lawyers are also advocating a secondary position: that lawyers be permitted to use a separate entrance or to walk past courthouse search procedures (as do many prosecutors, public defenders, and courthouse personnel), even if lawyers are not allowed to carry firearms. It wasn't long ago that search procedures didn't exist at all - for anyone, lawyer or not.

It is said that liberals love the 4th amendment and hate the 2nd, and conservatives love the 2nd amendment and hate the 4th. At airports and courthouses, public officials hate both.

Now lawyers of all types can work together for both. Lawyers strive to be zealous advocates, yet this is one area where lawyers have shied away from zealous advocacy, even on their own behalf.

All lawyers and lawyer's professional associations are asked to officially support the pilots and to join the fight (and contact elected representatives) to allow the carrying of firearms by pilots and lawyers, and to end lawyer searches. Contact the attorney below with news regarding all efforts.

The straight-arm salute originated in America from the socialist Francis Bellamy.  Francis Bellamy (author of the Pledge of Allegiance) and Edward Bellamy (author of the book Looking Backward) called their dogma: Military Socialism.  They idolized the military and they wanted all of society to ape the military in what they called: the Industrial Army.

The Bellamys were bigots and racists and they hated migrants.  They wanted to impose a heavy-handed method of brain-washing migrants and all Americans into accepting their socialist dogma.  Because of the Bellamys, the USA has a long history of turning immigrants away from being good Americans and independent capitalists, and in turning immigrants into socialists who are dependent on government and on government schools.

The Bellamys promoted a government takeover of schools.  When the government granted their wish, the government schools imposed segregation by law and taught racism as official government policy.  The schools mandated the robotic chanting of the Pledge with the straight-arm salute and the government persecuted and expelled children who would not comply, arrested parents, and even took children from parents on allegations of "unfit parenting."

The government, through its schools, taught racism and segregation for decades before the existence of the NSGWP and the government even continued the bad behavior for decades after the NSGWP ended, and even into the 1960's. Thereafter, the legacy caused more police-state racism of forced busing that destroyed communities and neighborhoods and deepened hostilities.

It helps to show how close the USA came (and is still coming) to the socialist Wholecaust (of which the Holocaust was a part): the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (65 million dead); the Peoples' Republic of China (49 million dead); the National Socialist German Workers' Party (21 million dead).

Many Americans are sad examples of how places like that come into existence, grow so large, last so long, and kill so many.

The topic of Immigration is often addressed in ways that make it relevant to current events. The topic is relevant to the fact that the present government in the USA is anti libertarian and is out-socializing the previous administration by more than double and growing (in social spending ALONE). Sociaist dogma and the hatred of individual freedom and of every American's freedom to hire is still growing all over the world.

The USA still follows similar anti libertarian policies promoted by the Bellamys. Many socialist Bellamy policies caused the USA’s big, expensive and oppressive government and its growing police-state. The Pledge still exists along with laws mandating that teachers lead the robotic pledge chanting every day for twelve years of each child’s life (though the salute was altered). The government still owns and operates schools, including the same schools that imposed segregation by law and taught racism as official government policy.  The U.S. practice of imposing segregation by law in government schools and teaching racism as official policy even outlasted the National Socialist German Workers' Party by over 15 years. After segregation in government's schools ended, the Bellamy legacy caused more police-state racism of forced busing that destroyed communities and neighborhoods and deepened hostilities. Those schools still exist.  Infants are given social security numbers that track and tax them for life.  Government schools demand the numbers for enrollment.

There are still socialists who are ignorant of the pledge, and they support the laws that cause chanting of it daily in socialist schools (government schools), they support the same government schools, they support the same immigration restrictions as then (even worse), they support restrictions on every American’s right to hire and freely associate, etc. etc.  Some of them support the early socialist salute of the pledge.
