IMMIGRATION RESTRICTIONS ARE WRONG & VIOLATE EVERY AMERICAN'S FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION

Immigration is a hot topic.  The topic is usually addressed with the question "Do migrants have the right to enter the country?" It is rare that the issue is couched as an individual rights issue for migrants and for Americans. That omission is leading to the USA's growing police state for all Americans.

"Immigrant Rights" are the same individual rights everyone should have.

The Pledge of Allegiance was written by the American socialist Francis Bellamy, cousing and cohort to another infamous American socialist, Edward Bellamy (author of the book Looking Backward). The Bellamys were bigots and racists and they hated migrants.  They wanted to impose a heavy-handed method of brain-washing migrants and all Americans into accepting their socialist dogma that they called "Nationalism."  

The government, through its schools, taught racism and segregation for decades and it served as a bad example long before the formation of the National Socialist German Workers' Party (NSGWP).  Government in the U.S. even continued the bad behavior for decades after the NSGWP ended, and even into the 1960's. Thereafter, the legacy caused more police-state racism of forced busing that destroyed communities and neighborhoods and deepened hostilities.

Francis Bellamy's Pledge of Allegiance (1892) was the origin of the stiff-arm salute of the National Socialist German Workers' Party, as shown in the work of the noted historian Dr. Rex Curry. People were persecuted for refusing to give the straight arm salute to the national flag.  That was the national flag of the USA and of Germany. In 1888, Edward Bellamy's National Socialism movement teamed up with Madame Blavatsky's Theosophical Society to mutually promote their socialist dogma. All of the above shows how close the USA came (and is still coming) to the socialist Wholecaust (of which the Holocaust was a part): the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (65 million dead); the Peoples' Republic of China (49 million dead); the National Socialist German Workers' Party (21 million dead).

Even today, some people still love the socialist's Pledge Of Allegiance and claim that it should not be recited in Spanish. They are correct that the Pledge should not be recited in Spanish, because the Pledge should be recited only in German, Russian, or Chinese.

The Constitution calls for Congress to establish a "uniform rule of naturalization."  It says nothing about immigration regulation.  It only mentions naturalization. It contains nothing to authorize the government to decide how individuals may associate or do business. Therefore, under the Tenth Amendment there can be no such authority.
 
Some people invoke the principle that where the Constitution is silent then the government ought to behave as other countries behave; That is not what our founding undocumented aliens fought for, and Article V removes the excuse of necessity.

The Libertarian Lawyer Dr. Rex Curry is often asked if immigration laws are wise (or constitutional). Every American has the right to sell to, buy from, marry, date, rent to, live with, reside with, visit with, party with, have sex with, employ, work for, learn from, etc. etc., any other person he wishes.  This right is inherent in private property rights.  Every American has the right to enter into any relationship with anyone whether it is maid/butler, au pair, babysitter, lawn man, grove worker, teacher, tutor, language instructor, nurse, doctor, roommate, husband/wife, lover, tenant, landlord, chauffeur.   It is none of the government’s business.  Leave new Pilgrims alone.

Whenever someone says that the government needs to stop immigration, respond "there is constant immigration into my state, county, city and neighborhood from other states, counties, cities and neighborhoods.  I oppose laws to limit that.  Don't you?"  Then add: "there is constant immigration into other states, counties, cities and neighborhoods, from my state, county, city and neighborhood.  I oppose laws to limit that.  Don't you?"

Whenever someone says that the government needs to stop jobs from leaving the country, respond "jobs are constantly leaving my state, county, city and neighborhood and moving to other states, counties, cities and neighborhoods.  I oppose laws to limit that.  Don't you?"  And add: "jobs are constantly coming to my state, county, city and neighborhood from other states, counties, cities and neighborhoods.  I oppose laws to limit that.  Don't you?"

Whenever someone says that the government needs to stop trade imbalances, respond "My state, county, city and neighborhood has constant trade imbalances with other states, counties, cities and neighborhoods.  I oppose laws to limit that.  Don't you?"

Many people who support the war on immigration would also support the war on drugs.  The reasoning is the same.

Of course libertarians oppose the war on drugs for the same reason that they oppose the war on immigration.  Lots of drugs/immigrants are good.  In fact, a lot of the foreign drugs/immigrants are better than the local ones. Many foreign drugs/immigrants are good at curing disease, relieving suffering, helping people to learn more, making new discoveries about how to do things better and improve everyone's life. 

It would make much more sense to deport welfare recipients in the USA (regardless of their citizenship) then to deport immigrants who work and are not on welfare. Libertarians oppose deportations, though they support ending government welfare for everyone, including non-immigrants.

The anti-immigration argument was ridiculed in the comic movie “Coneheads” (1993) suggesting that extraterrestrial conspiracies exist because extraterrestrials are afraid to reveal themselves because they will be blamed for destroying jobs and deported.   The INS is hot on the trail of a pair of hard-working aliens-only these aliens are from another planet. What is an American?

It is not how someone looks or where someone is from.

It is a belief in liberty. It is the belief in private property and economic freedom. It is opposition to government theft, taxation, government spending, and massive government debt, and the growth of government.  It is opposition to socialism, authoritarianism, government programs, social security, and the numbering and tracking of individuals by government.

Many "illegal aliens" are true Americans.

Many people who were born in the United States are not true Americans.

Many people oppose migrants out of a fear of embarrassment.

Many people say that they want to deny to migrants all manner of government "benefits" including government schools. Imagine the unintended consequences if stupid American socialists achieved just the following via their hatred of the right of Americans to freely associate and via their hatred of migrants: denial of  work comp to migrants, denial of welfare, denial of social security payments, denial of government school use.  

Migrants would still come.

And migrants would end up being the wealthy, well-educated people who understand liberty in the USA.  

Stupid American socialists would have children who were even stupider socialists (vastly surpassed in education by migrants) and their children would hate liberty and capitalism and be economic failures, dependent on government (oops, that part has already happened hasn't it?).  The crowning irony would be if the migrants took over the government, because the rest of us would all be grateful.  Stupid American socialists would, of course, remain completely clueless as to how they (stupid American socialists) became low-life scum in their own country, and they would remain clueless as to how it could have happened (just as they are now clueless).

Because of Bellamyite socialism, the USA has a long history of turning immigrants away from being good Americans and independent capitalists.

In Mein Kampf, Hitler hardly mentioned the United States. By contrast, in his later book, Zweites Buch, Hitler portrayed the U.S. as a "racially successful" society that practices segregation and eugenics.  It is what Hitler considered to be a wise policy of excluding "racially degenerate" immigration from eastern and southern Europe. The cause of Hitler's views from 1924 and 1928 is clear. Hitler might have known about the U.S. Immigration Control Act of 1924, and become more aware of segregation, and of the fact that American socialists had supported several American states in creating eugenics boards to sterilize what were considered to be the mentally defective and was favorably impressed. Hitler proclaimed his admiration for these sort of policies and expressed his wish that Germany would do similar things, though on a much greater scale.

Neanderthals compare migration to an "invasion" that requires military defense and wholesale slaughter. But real-life armed military invasions are committed by the government of the USA into countries all over the world.  Domestic government in the USA is forcefully invading the lives of Americans and the people that Americans want to employ. The government uses the military to attack Americans and businesses inside the USA.  The government hates American freedoms and values. The invasion by government must be stopped.

It helps to show how similar government is in the USA to that in the socialist Wholecaust (of which the Holocaust was a part): the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (65 million dead); the Peoples' Republic of China (49 million dead); the National Socialist German Workers' Party (21 million dead).

Jewish immigrants who were fleeing the National Socialist German Workers’ Party (NSGWP) were turned away by government in the USA, and sent to their deaths.  That happened because of socialists who support restrictions on immigration, on business, on hiring, and on every American’s right to freedom of association. Nothing has changed.

At that time, Jehovah’s witnesses were being persecuted for refusing to give the straight arm salute to the national flag.  That was the national flag of the USA and of Germany. Most socialists today in the USA were educated in socialist schools (government schools) so they are ignorant of the fact that it was happening in the USA (to the stars and stripes) and in Germany (to the swastika flag).  The straight-arm salute to the national flag originated in the USA, the same place where immigration laws turned away Jewish migrants, sending them to death.  The origin of the stiff-arm salute was discovered by the noted historian Dr. Rex Curry.

Jewish Folks and Jehovah’s Witnesses, and Blacks and people of all kinds were required by law to perform the straight-arm salute in government schools in robotic chanting every morning at the ring of a government bell (just as it is done today but with a different gesture).  The USA was doing the straight arm salute to the national flag for three decades before German National Socialists started doing the same thing. In 1939 the National Socialist German Workers' Party and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics joined as allies to invade Poland in a pact to divide up Europe.

Jehovah’s witnesses had good reason to consider the activity the religious worship of socialism and government. Most people do not know that a cross was worshiped as the notorious symbol of the National Socialist German Workers' Party. The group called their symbol the Hakenkreuz, not the swastika. Hakenkreuz means "hooked cross." 

Although the swastika was an ancient symbol, the noted cryptographer and symbologist Dr. Rex Curry (author of Swastika Secrets) discovered that it was also used sometimes by German National Socialists to represent "S" letters for their "socialism."  With a 45 degree turn of his Hakenkreuz, the leader of German National Socialists combined the cross with collectivism, merged church and state, meshed religion and socialism, and mandated the worship of government. http://rexcurry.net/book1a1contents-swastika.html

The Bellamys promoted a government takeover of schools.  When the government granted their wish, the government schools imposed segregation by law and taught racism as official government policy.  The schools mandated the robotic chanting of the Pledge with the straight-arm salute and the government persecuted and expelled children who would not comply, arrested parents, and even took children from parents on allegations of "unfit parenting."

The government, through its schools, taught racism and segregation for decades before the existence of the NSGWP and the government even continued the bad behavior for decades after the NSGWP ended, and even into the 1960's. Thereafter, the legacy caused more police-state racism of forced busing that destroyed communities and neighborhoods and deepened hostilities.

The topic of Immigration is often addressed in ways that make it relevant to current events. The topic is relevant to the fact that the present government in the USA is anti libertarian and is out-socializing the previous administration by more than double and growing (in social spending ALONE). Sociaist dogma and the hatred of individual freedom and of every American's freedom to hire is still growing all over the world.

The USA still follows similar anti libertarian policies promoted by the Bellamys. Many socialist Bellamy policies caused the USA’s big, expensive and oppressive government and its growing police-state. The Pledge still exists along with laws mandating that teachers lead the robotic pledge chanting every day for twelve years of each child’s life (though the salute was altered). The government still owns and operates schools, including the same schools that imposed segregation by law and taught racism as official government policy.  The U.S. practice of imposing segregation by law in government schools and teaching racism as official policy even outlasted the National Socialist German Workers' Party by over 15 years. After segregation in government's schools ended, the Bellamy legacy caused more police-state racism of forced busing that destroyed communities and neighborhoods and deepened hostilities. Those schools still exist.  Infants are given social security numbers that track and tax them for life.  Government schools demand the numbers for enrollment.

There are still socialists who are ignorant of the pledge, and they support the laws that cause chanting of it daily in socialist schools (government schools), they support the same government schools, they support the same immigration restrictions as then (even worse), they support restrictions on every American’s right to hire and freely associate, etc. etc.  Some of them support the early socialist salute of the pledge.
