The shorter the letter the better, as some papers won't print any letter over 200 words, others only 250.

PRESIDENT'S DAY - you can be president for a day on more than the 3rd Monday each February.

TAX DAY APRIL 15 - our Lady Godiva (& her horse) go naked to protest taxes. One of many explanations for why Americans pay so much money in income taxes and other taxes: Government schools and the Pledge of Allegiance. It is the cult of the omnipotent state.  Here is a pic.  and here

ANNUAL MOTHER'S DAY LETTER - recycle it yearly because government is an abusive parent.

EARTH DAY - April 22. Tree ordinances kill trees.  Socialized land kills trees.

LAW WEEK - May 1st and the week preceding. Teach in government schools about legal rights, including the right against unreasonable searches and seizures.   Teach about why government schools are wrong and should be unconstitutional.
Teach about the true horrid history of the pledge of allegiance and  Minersville v. Gobitas (1940) and West Virginia v. Barnette (1943)

BROWN v. BOARD OF EDUCATION - May 17 (1954) anniversary of government's racism

D-Day - June 6, 1944, the Allies invaded Europe. The media cover up for socialism.

FLAG DAY - June 14 the national flag is at schools to promote nationalization, militarism and socialism
The Pledge of Allegiance's author was a National Socialist and the salute was like that of the German socialist salute.
The "Roman" salute is a myth: the U.S. Pledge is the origin of the straight-arm salute of the German National Socialists.

JULY 4TH - There was no flag on the first Independence Day nor for a long time thereafter. It was even longer before the bizarro chanting started. Declare your Independence from flags, flag days, and from the Pledge of Allegiance.

GRANDPARENT'S DAY - Senior citizens help to stop the social security scam every September.

9-11 TERRORISM & GUN CONTROL - the government searched, disarmed and cowed the victims.

COLUMBUS DAY - variously observed on Oct. 12 (day Columbus landed in the West Indies in 1492) or the second Monday in October. Do a general letter explaining how the Day was used to spread national socialism in the USA.
Columbus Day was the excuse given to Francis Bellamy, a self-proclaimed national socialist in the USA, to create the pledge of allegiance with its original straight arm salute to glorify military socialism in the USA  (the salute was later used by the National Socialist German Workers' Party). Send and post an open letter to the Knights of Columbus, asking them to reverse their stance on the pledge of allegiance.

DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME -Last Sunday in October. Happy Light Bulb Day ! letters celebrating increased productivity through man's invention of the light bulb.
Why not change school hours instead of government dictating the change of time for the whole society?

10-31 HALLOWEEN - Fun costumes: a blood sucking socialist vampire or a bed-wetting socialist baby.

VETERAN'S DAY - Nov. 11th remember the fight for freedom and against socialism.

ELECTION DAY early November and various other dates - and similar ideas on President's Day

MID NOVEMBER - the "GREAT AMERICAN TEACH IN" - Anyone can sign up to teach at local schools. Make plans to do it every year. Teach about the right against unreasonable searches and seizures.   Teach about why government schools are wrong. Teach about the true horrid history of the pledge of allegiance  Help correct misinformation that is spread by politicians, media and some websites. Show stepford students the real pictures of the original straight-arm salute. Teach how the government takeover of education that was advocated by the author of the pledge of allegiance, Francis Bellamy, resulted in racism and segregation that was taught by government teachers and imposed by law, serving as an example to the National Socialist German Workers’ Party, and lasting decades beyond, even into the 1970's. Use the amazing historic photo of a segregated class performing the original straight arm salute to the U.S. flag.

THANKSGIVING DAY - the 4th Thursday of November. humor to counter the media's red-green vegetarian propaganda

DECEMBER 1, 1936 - the day the first socialist slave number was forced upon a free individual.

December 15 - END OF OLD PROHIBATION and fight against modern prohibition. In 2008 many people celebrated the 75th anniversary of the end of old prohibition.  Invite Restaurant and Tavern Owners, bartenders, waitresses,  chefs, food servers, bar managers, promoters and DJ's. A New York City celebration included well-known hot spots and family eating places such as: TGI Friday's, Houlihans, Charlie Os, Dunkin Doughnuts, Hawaiian Tropic, Nedicks, Nathans Famous, Martinis, KFC, Tads Steaks, Lindys, Roy Rogers, Shady Jakes and Tequilaville. The party should resemble a 1920s Roaring 20's speakeasy. Party-goers will dress as flappers, zoot-suiters and in other 1920s outfits. Awards will be given to local television personalities.

DECEMBER - An attorney explains how Social Security darkened the month of December.

CHRISTMAS & Santa Claus -
Chanukah: Hanukkah -lit. "a dedication." Also called the festival of lights, due to the origin in an oil lamp burning for 8 days. Objectivists call this Light Bulb Day in celebration of increased productivity and leisure (and overcoming oil lamps for perpetual daylight on demand) through man's invention of the light bulb.  HAPPY LIGHT BULB DAY, EVERYONE!   The traditional candles (another innovation) replaced the earlier oil.

The court case of Frank Herbert Wonschik v. U.S., argued that the jury selection process was impermissibly tainted by the trial judge's request that all potential jurors stand and recite the Pledge of Allegiance prior to jury selection. Furthermore, that bias also transgressed the Establishment Clause and the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

All in favor of a pledge raise your right hand...
