Lawyer wants Bellamy Schools renamed

Dear School Board:

I write to request that all Bellamy Schools be renamed. Schools named after Francis Bellamy send the wrong message to children and the community. Bellamy popularized the Nazi salute and caused racism and segregation to be institutionalized in government schools.

It is hard to imagine the emotional distress caused to children who attend a school named after a man who institutionalized racism and segregation. And other children who attend a school named after a man who popularized the Nazi salute.

As an attorney, I have litigated against the pledge in order to liberate Americans from the pledge’s putrid past. In the process I became the nation's leading authority on the pledge. I made the historic discovery that the salute of the National Socialist German Workers' Party (Nazis) originated from the military salute in the USA, and from the original flag pledge (as written by a socialist), and not from ancient Rome. I also have the only repository on the web that collects and shows historic photos of the original straight-arm socialist salute to the U.S. flag that the media and the government schools won't show you. I, and my supporters, will also assist in any legal means necessary to defray the cost of changing Bellamy schools.

The flag is at every school to promote nationalization of education, and to usurp the local school board's authority.

Francis Bellamy wrote the pledge of allegiance to the U.S. flag. The pledge expressed the totalitarian socialism of his cousin and cohort Edward Bellamy, as detailed in “Looking Backward,” Edward’s book and weltanschauung.

The original pledge used a straight-arm salute beginning in 1892.

The pledge of allegiance was an earlier wordier "Sieg Heil" (Hail to Victory -victory over the southern states) or "Heil Nation" (Hail to the Bellamy’s nationalism, nationalization and military socialism).

The Bellamys coined the phrase "military socialism" because they loved militarism and hated state's rights and local officials. The pledge memorializes their view, especially the phrase “one nation, indivisible.”   The centralized leviathan was “lebensraum” in the Bellamy mind.

Because of the Bellamy dogma, segregation became institutionalized by government in its schools and racism was taught as official policy. During that time children in government-schools were required by law to salute the flag with the straight-armed salute in military formation daily on the ring of a government bell, like Pavlov’s lapdogs of the state.

Because of the Bellamys, children used the “sieg heil” gesture for flags flying over racist government schools through the rise of Nazism (the hand-over-the-heart spread in 1942). The bizarre practices served as an example for three decades before they were adopted by the National Socialist German Workers’ Party. As under Nazism, Jehovah's Witnesses and others in the USA were persecuted for refusing to perform the straight-arm salute and robotically chant the pledge. They were also expelled from government schools and had to use the many better alternatives. When Jesse Owens competed in the 1936 Olympics in Germany, his neighbors attended segregated government schools where they saluted the flag with the Nazi salute. The U.S. practice of official racism and segregation even outlasted the horrid party, into the 1960's and beyond.

Thereafter, the Bellamy legacy caused more police-state racism of forced busing that destroyed communities and neighborhoods and deepened hostilities.

No one can measure the monstrous impact of government schools imposing segregation by law and teaching racism as official policy for so long.

All of the above is why the Bellamys are known as the first American Nazis. They were domestic Hitlers.

Edward Bellamy's book was an international bestseller and translated into every major language including Russian, Chinese and German. The Bellamys influenced the socialist trio of atrocities that led to the socialist Wholecaust (of which the Holocaust was a part): 62 million in the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics; 35 million in the People’s Republic of China; 21 million under the National Socialist German Workers’ Party. (Death tolls from the book "Death by Government" by Professor R. J. Rummel). It was the worst slaughter in world history.

Please rename the school and work to remove government from education and undo the many mistakes made because of the Bellamys.
